The frequency of some jobs will depend on the level of use the kitchen receives. For example, one system used for extraction system cleaning and commercial duct cleaning categorises kitchens into the following: Light use – 2-6 hours a day, medium use – 6-12 hours a day, heavy use – 12-16 hours a day. Our team can advise on the frequency of cleans depending on your usage.
